Download Windows Media Player 11 for XP (N.B Vista already has WMP11) http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/AllDownloads.aspx Install Windows Media Player 11 http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/faq/default.mspx Share your media. You can follow the instructions here:- http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/faq/sharing.mspx Or you can take a shortcut. We supply a simple setup program with Lobster that will take you to the WMP11 Library configuration page. Its called WmpML.exe and will be in the directory you installed Lobster to (typically C:\Program Files\Electric Pocket\Lobster ). Here are the steps you need to go through:- 1. Check Share my media 2. Click OK
3. The following Media Sharing screen will then be displayed. Click on Settings.
N.B. Make sure "allow other users of the PC" is checked as well as Lobsters. 4. On the Media Sharing window check the "Allow new devices and computers automatically". This step isnt mandatory - but it makes things easier......
